Refund & Returns Policy — Bellypal Kitchen
We want every order to be exactly what you hoped for. Here’s what you need to know about refunds and how we handle issues.
Food Orders
Because our products are perishable and freshly prepared, we are generally unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we handle every complaint with care.
If something is wrong with your order: Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food at +1 (469) 826-1076 or via WhatsApp. Please include:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
We will assess the situation and respond with a fair resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement dish
- A partial refund
- A full refund
We do not offer refunds for orders where the issue is a matter of personal taste or preference rather than a verifiable error.
Catering Bookings
Deposit Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: no deposit refund (costs have already been incurred)
If Bellypal Kitchen cancels or is unable to fulfill a catering booking, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Online Shop Orders
For prepared meal orders that have not yet begun preparation, a full refund is available if you cancel within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once preparation has begun, cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
